The Impulse Cooktop reimagines the stove from the battery up to deliver more power and control than any stove you’ve cooked on, professional kitchens included. Boil 10 cups of water in about 90 seconds, sear with more power than gas, and hold a delicate sauce at the exact temperature you set.
Four burners, up to 10,000 watts each. Available in 30" or 36".

Everything you need to know about the Impulse Cooktop
Power
A 3 kWh battery built into the cooktop delivers up to 10,000 watts per burner: 3× more than typical induction, and enough to boil 10 cups of water in 90 seconds.
Power, control, silence and more: the differences that come from rebuilding the induction stack rather than buying it from a supplier.
A built-in 3 kWh battery delivers 10,000W per burner, enough to take a pot from ice to a rolling boil so fast all three phases of water show up at once.
Side by side against other induction stoves, Impulse boils 10 cups in about 90 seconds. Most induction is limited by your wiring; Impulse is not.

Precision
Active Temperature Sensing gives you single-degree precision from 68–482°F. Think of it like cruise control for your stove: you set the exact temperature, and the stove adjusts the power to keep it there.
Set the pan once and every pancake comes out the same, including the first one.
Every other stove gives you a power level. Impulse senses the pan through the glass and adjusts power continuously to hold the temperature you set, within 1°F.
Hold a pan at exactly 135°F and get edge-to-edge medium rare: no water bath, no plastic, no circulator.

Designed for real kitchens
Impulse runs on a standard 120V outlet (240V works too), so most kitchens need no new circuit and no panel upgrade. It’s certified to UL 858 and backed by a 3-year cooktop warranty and a 10-year battery warranty.

From owners
Love it and will never go back. If we move, we’re taking the Impulse with us.
The control for cooking is top tier. When I sear steak, fry chicken, or fry bacon: zero smoke.
It’s been transformative, even coming from gas.
I recently had to cook on electric radiant on vacation and realized how spoiled I’d become.

What’s the opposite of “enshittification”? That’s what it’s been like for us.
The hardware has always been awesome, but it’s the software that takes it beyond any other kitchen appliance.
FAQ
The 30" and 36" Impulse Cooktops deliver identical performance: four 9-inch burners pushing up to 10 kW each, with active temperature sensing and a 3 kWh integrated battery. The only difference is the cutout they fit. Choose your size, not your specs.
We are committed to providing a customer experience we can be proud of. We offer a “retrieve and replace” warranty service. Should any issue arise, we will organize a pickup of your cooktop and replace it with a brand new one. The old unit will be returned to us for analysis to understand the root cause. This service is covered under a manufacturer’s 3-year warranty. Additionally, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns. See our terms and conditions for more information.
Ideal cutout measurements for the 30" Impulse Cooktop: Width (X): 28.50" – 29.50" Depth (Y): 19.31" – 19.63"
Ideal cutout measurements for the 36" Impulse Cooktop:

The cooktop’s integrated battery hangs 6.5" below the counter surface requires some clearance and ventilation beneath it, which limits the types of ovens that can be installed directly below.
In general, most 24" ovens fit comfortably below the cooktop, while some 30" models also meet the clearance and ventilation requirements.
At launch, we’re shipping exclusively within the U.S. We’re eager to expand to more areas soon.
