Limited Product Warranty

Warranty

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Impulse Labs Inc. (“Impulse Labs” or “we” or “us”) and applies to physical products purchased directly from Impulse Labs on Impulse Labs’ website at impulselabs.com (collectively, the “Products”). By purchasing or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. This Warranty is subject to certain exclusions and limitations, as set forth herein.

Warranty Period

This Warranty is valid for three (3) years from the original date of purchase of the Product (the “Warranty Period”), except that the Warranty Period is extended to ten (10) years with respect to covered claims solely involving the battery.  To be eligible for warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt from Impulse Labs.

Who is Covered 

The original purchaser of the Products. The Products must remain in the possession of the original purchaser, or for Products presented as a gift by the original purchaser, the original possessor of that Products. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

What is Covered

This Warranty only covers material defects in materials or workmanship of the Products under normal use during the Warranty Period. This Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Products and is not transferable.

What is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation, or failure to follow applicable manufacturer instructions, user manuals, warnings, or safety guidelines;

  2. Damage or defects caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or other external causes beyond our reasonable control;

  3. Damage from normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, or other superficial marks;

  4. Damage resulting from use with non-Impulse Labs products or accessories; 

  5. Any Product that has been resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by the original purchaser; or

  6.   Labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of any material defects in materials or workmanships of the Products.

Warranty Remedies

If a defect in material or quality is discovered within the Warranty Period, Impulse Labs will, at its sole option and discretion, repair or replace the defective part or Product with a new or refurbished comparable part or Product, free of charge for parts. For purposes of clarity, the Warranty does not include associated labor costs, which will be your responsibility. 

Submitting Warranty Claims

If you believe you need warranty service under this Warranty, please make an account on the Impulse Labs website and submit a claim at notices@impulselabs.com.  In your claim submission, you must include proof of purchase for the Product, a brief explanation for why you are requesting warranty service, and a description of the steps you have taken to troubleshoot the problem. 

If your claim is accepted, you will need to deliver the defective Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, together with proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, to the address specified by Impulse Labs.  By sending the Product, you hereby acknowledge that ownership of the Product is transferred to us upon Impulse Labs’s receipt of the defective Product.  If Impulse Labs determines that the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Impulse Labs will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product to you.  Any Product returned to Impulse Labs without a valid warranty claim or without an RMA may be rejected, returned at your cost (subject to prepayment), or disposed of in Impulse Labs’s sole discretion with no further liability or obligation to you.  

All claims must be made within the Warranty Period to be eligible for warranty service.

Implied Warranties and Conditions.

IMPULSE LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET ALL CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS OR BE ERROR-FREE.  EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) WILL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impulse Labs shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, resulting from any breach of an express or implied warranty or condition, or under any legal theory, even if Impulse Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal or equitable theory.  In no event shall Impulse Labs’s total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with this Warranty or the Products exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts of law principles.  Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Miscellaneous

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and Impulse Labs with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

30 Day Return Policy:

Need to return your most recent order? No problem! 

Our return policy is designed to be as stress-free as possible. If you purchased any products (each, a “Product”) on the Impulse Labs’s website at www.impulselabs.com (the “Website”), you have 30 days from the date you purchased your Product (the “Return Window”) to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. 

Return Instructions

To process your return, please contact Impulse Labs at notices@impulselabs.com with the subject line “RETURN”. Impulse Labs will arrange to have the Product picked up for shipment back to Impulse Labs’ warehouse, and will provide you with written instructions with which you must comply in connection with such pick up. If you do not comply with such instructions, Impulse Labs may refuse pick up of the Product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related with your returned Products. All returns must be initiated within the Return Window. Product returns initiated after the Return Window may be refused by Impulse Labs at its sole discretion.

We recommend purchasing a return label from USPS but you can use any return carrier of your choice.

Eligibility

Returns are eligible for refunds or credits, as applicable, if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Unused Products: Eligible for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges, if applicable) to the original form of payment.

  2. Used Products: Eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges, if applicable). This credit can be applied toward exchanges or future purchases. 

Please allow 3 business days for the refund to process after it is delivered to Impulse Labs’s warehouse.
